This iQOO phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 8nm based with adreno 619L GPU.

The handset comes with a 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

It can further be expanded to 1TB via MicroSD card.

Further, this model runs on Funtouch OS 13 which is based on Android 13.
